Hi Ruth, I love your work! I first saw your prize winning Eucalyptus quilt at a Show in Melbourne and love that series - have been reading about it in DUQ #138 (bit late I know but saved the mag up for holiday reading!). I think it's my country background that especially attracts me to the eucalyptus theme. We had more of the white blossoms, like in "Vye" than red, in the northern tablelands, NSW.

Would this come under the classification of 'nesting'? :)
Ooh, how exciting! I hope they settle in and give you lots of eggs. I can't wait 'til our chookshed's ready for residents.

Ha, ha, Helen! Not sure about that, but wherever I go, everyone gets very clucky about when the next 'resident' is going to hatch!
Welcome, and thanks for the feedback, Anne!
Oh they have arrived! Love the one of Caleb in the pen watching them walk around him! lets hope they soon provide you with those yolk-rich eggs.
